We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter operating under their own ABN to join a growing team delivering architectural renovations and custom new builds in Brisbane’s inner suburbs. Initial projects include a $500K renovation and a $2M+ new home — all within 10km of the CBD.

• Hourly Rate: $65 per hour - with a review after 12 months
• Long-Term Pipeline: 24 months of confirmed work
• Progression Plan: Funding for your Cert 4 in building and construction, as well as progression pathways into Site Supervision
• Future Opportunity: This contract role is intended to evolve into a full-time, salaried position as the team expands
• Tight Project Zone: All sites are centrally located

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade-qualified Carpenter (Cert III)
• Experience working from foundations to finish on high-detail projects
• Operating under own ABN with full insurances
• High-quality workmanship, especially on architecturally detailed builds
• Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings
• Reliable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a site team
• Good communication and time management skills
