VACANCY FULL-TIME GP PRACTICE OFFICE MANAGER/2IC
Do you have what it takes to lead by example and have great people skills? Do you have experience in book-keeping and office management?
As the Office Manager/2IC to the Practice Manager at Clocktower Medical Centre, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and supporting reception and administrative staff. Ensuring the smooth operation of the practice and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients and providers.
The opportunity to work for a highly respected and very busy GP clinic doesn’t come along very often. You will be required to assist the Practice Manager with the general operations of running a busy medical centre, this role includes financials and book-keeping tasks.
In the absence of the Practice Manager, you would manage all the day to day running of the practice, with full financial management responsibilities, including but not limited to, payroll, payroll tax submissions, superannuation, reconciliations and regular ATO submissions and obligations.
To be successful in this role the following is highly regarded:
Previous management experience
Previous experience working in a working in General Practice
Excellent skills or capabilities suited to all financials and book-keeping roles
Excellent written and verbal communication
Be someone who goes above and beyond
The ability to be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks without stress
Have a positive and pro-active attitude
Excellent inter-personal skills are a must, with the ability to manage staff and HR issues in a positive and impartial manner
Exceptional organization and administrative skills
