What you'll be doing

Delivering exceptional customer service and financial expertise to support vehicle sales

Analysing customer financial needs and tailoring suitable finance and insurance options

Negotiating and closing finance and insurance deals with customers

Obtaining and maintaining a thorough understanding of finance and insurance products and regulations

Collaborating with the sales team to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction

Providing training and support to the sales team on finance and insurance matters

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Obtaining all relevant accreditations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an F&I Business Manager or similar role in the automotive industry

Strong sales experience

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong financial acumen and knowledge of finance and insurance products

Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations governing finance and insurance
