Regents Garden Group is seeking to appoint a full-time Management Accountant to join our finance team.

Position Overview:
The Management Accountant will be responsible for delivering financial reporting, budget management, and analysis to support informed decision-making across the organisation. Key duties include the preparation of monthly management reports, variance analysis, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 12 months full-time experience in a similar management accounting role.

Relevant work experience in the aged care industry is highly regarded.

Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range:
The position offers a competitive salary between $80,000 and $85,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on experience.
