HR and Safety Manager

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic HR and Safety Manager working approximately 16 hours a week across multiple sites located in Poowong, Bunyip, Yarragon and Maffra.

Westfalia Warragul is an industry leader, offering supply, product installation and after sales service to Gippsland Dairy Farmers. Based in Yarragon, we specialise in the installation of milking equipment and other associated products.

Our chain of Rural stores consists of Yarragon Rural Supplies, Poowong Dairy and Hardware and Bunyip Rural Supplies. All of our shops work together consistently, to bring the best customer experience and service possible, stocking a range of useful rural supplies to local communities.

About You

Responsibilities will include

• Coordinating end-end employee lifecycle activities
• Providing advice on HR and Safety legislation and internal policies
• Supporting Managers to resolve workplace performance and conduct issues
• Improving and implementing processes, policies and systems

Qualifications and license requirements

A formal HR qualification will be considered for this role

Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
