About the Role
We're looking for a passionate Safety and Wellbeing Officer to champion our Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) and bring our safety culture to life across all corners of the organisation.
You’ll be a trusted advisor, a supportive collaborator, and a driving force for continuous improvement in all things safety and wellbeing. From policy to people, your impact will be real, felt, and valued.
What You’ll Lead & Support
Deliver practical advice and tailored support across safety and wellbeing programs.
Drive proactive health and safety initiatives that go beyond the tick-box.
Partner with teams to carry out safety audits, risk assessments, and field support.
Assist with workers’ compensation and general insurance processes.
Lead conversations that matter — from toolbox talks to leadership meetings.
Help embed a culture of psychological and physical safety.
What We’re Looking For
Certificate IV in OHS (or keen to get it – we’ll support you!)
Knowledge of OHS legislation and regulations.
Excellent people skills and the ability to collaborate across a diverse workforce.
Tech-savvy with strong reporting and documentation skills.
A curious mind, a proactive spirit, and a genuine care for people.
