About the Role
Mirabella Lighting is seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of proven studio experience. We’re looking for someone who is not only confident in their design capabilities but also driven to grow within our business, take on challenges, support the team, and step into leadership opportunities as they arise.

You will play a key role in our creative process, producing high-quality branded artwork across packaging, POS, digital catalogues, and print collateral. This role is ideal for someone ready to push creative boundaries while helping guide and mentor others in a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality artwork across style guides, packaging, POS, mock ups, advertising, and digital assets for Mirabella and customer brands

Work with brand and retailer guidelines to ensure design consistency across all collateral

Conceptualise and execute engaging product and packaging artwork

Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather dielines, images, and packaging assets

Manage packaging rollouts and updates with key stakeholders and customer, retrieve and track packaging approvals

Prepare accurate and production-ready artwork files for manufacturing

Understand and apply various print processes, finishes, and materials

Handle in-house print proofs, swatches, and packaging samples

Create digital and physical mockups

Design and conceptualise new, refreshing and on-trend packaging style guides

Produce concepts and artwork for product development

Photograph, contour, and retouch product photography for packaging and web use

Organise and maintain product images for internal and customer databases

Organise and maintain working and approved artwork files on internal data base

Juggle multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Maintain a high level of attention to detail in artwork execution, including proofreading

Ability to plan production and remain organised

Ability to maintain and report work-in-progress (WIP) updates using team management platforms

Support and help lead the design team while reporting to the Design Manager

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of studio experience in a similar role

A team player eager to grow and take on leadership responsibilities

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD)

Strong understanding of printing processes, techniques, stocks, and finishes

Confident communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage your own time and projects with minimal supervision

Experience working with fast-paced teams and tight deadlines

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design
