Responsibilities:

• Lead a variety of projects from design development through to construction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of architectural elements with engineering, interior design, and other disciplines.
• Be the main point of contact for the client and the builder.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and contribute to the professional development of the team.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Architecture from an Australian Institution.
• 10+ years experience as an Architect in Australia.
• Proven experience leading reputable projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software Revit.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects.
