Join a boutique architecture studio in Sydney. that is renowned for it's beautifully detailed residential homes, thoughtful multi-residential developments, and refined commercial projects.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Architect to take full ownership of projects from concept through to completion, within a highly collaborative, design-lead team that values craft, creativity, and integrity.

This part-time permanent role offers a 4 day work week with every Monday off, promoting genuine work life balance within a productive and supportive studio culture.

You’ll get to lead your own projects across all phases, delivering high end residential, commercial, and multi-residential developments with autonomy and precision.

Minimum Requirements:

Master of Architecture, NSW Architectural Registration desired

Minimum 7+ years’ post-graduate experience with current exposure working in a local Australian architecture practice

Proven track record leading projects independently from concept to completion

Expertise across bespoke residential, alterations & additions, commercial, and luxury multi-residential projects

Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential

Full working rights in Australia – Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required

Currently based in Sydney, NSW

Key Responsibilities:

Lead your own architectural projects across all stages from initial concept design through to detailed
documentation and construction

Deliver high-quality, technically resolved detailing with a strong focus on design integrity

Coordinate confidently with consultants, clients, and internal team members

Problem-solve proactively across a range of project typologies

Work autonomously with minimal oversight, while contributing meaningfully to the studio
culture

Skills & Experience:

7+ years' architectural experience in Australia, ideally in design-focused or boutique studios

Strong portfolio demonstrating full life-cycle project experience, particularly in high-end residential and multi-residential developments

Excellent knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and planning regulations

Proficient ArchiCAD skills with the ability to produce complete documentation packages

Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-sufficient approach

Passion for high-quality design and attention to the finer details
