At ROUSSOS Recruitment, we’ve partnered with a nationally respected architecture practice in search of a Project Lead to join their Adelaide team. Known for their design rigour, innovative thinking and collaborative culture, this studio brings a thoughtful, people-focused approach to every project.

The Role

You’ll take the reins across multiple projects, leading teams and guiding outcomes from early concept through to delivery. With a strong design presence in the commercial and community sectors, you’ll be at the forefront of creating spaces that positively impact how people work, learn and connect.

This position balances creative thinking with technical delivery — offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a studio with genuine momentum.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading project teams and design direction across all stages
• Confidence across concept design processes and ensuring project objectives are met.
• Applying strong technical knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Managing projects and liaising with stakeholders throughout all phases.
• Overseeing site coordination and project delivery.

The Ideal Candidate
You’re an experienced architect who’s delivered complex projects and enjoys leading with purpose. Whether you’re fronting a client meeting or refining documentation, you bring clarity, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Project Lead across diverse projects within Australia.
• Registration as an Architect and proficiency in Revit.
• Strong communication skills to develop client relationships and lead teams.
• A passion for design excellence and attention to detail.
