Opportunity for an experienced Architect/ Project Leader to join one of Sydney's highly regarded and award-winning studios. You will have demonstrated strong project leadership abilities, including extensive construction documentation skills. Your experience should include mid to large scale projects across a variety of sectors. A portfolio demonstrating top-tier design quality is essential.

Key responsibilities

Work within an established team to deliver high-end projects on time and within budget

Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations

Coordinate with all relevant contractors and consultants

Revit documentation

Participate in client meetings and design reviews

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Diversity of project experience preferred

Lead complex projects and teams

Work on all stages

Skills and experience

Relevant qualifications within Architecture

Proven ability to lead projects across all stages

Proven design skills with strong attention to detail

Sound knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards

Strong coordination and communication skills

Revit skills gained from professional practice
