The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Green Infrastructure Landscaper to join our QLD team in Chambers Flat. This hybrid role combines both installation and maintenance responsibilities, offering variety and growth for the right candidate. You’ll work on a wide range of projects—from constructing vibrant green walls to maintaining lush rooftop gardens—across residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

Install and maintain Greenwalls, Roof Gardens, Planter Boxes, and Green Facades

Conduct site preparation, planting, irrigation setup, and clean-up

Perform regular maintenance, including pruning, fertilising, and system checks

Follow safety protocols (SWMS, Prestarts) and contribute to site inspections

Liaise with clients, team members, and head office to ensure project success

Work both independently and collaboratively across diverse project sites

What You’ll Bring

Experience in landscaping (hard and soft scapes), horticulture, or green infrastructure

A trade certificate would be desirable (for example, carpentry, plumbing or landscaping).

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude

White Card (essential)

Manual Driver’s License (preferred or willing to obtain within the first 3 months)

Additional licenses (EWP, Forklift, MR Truck) are a bonus

Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
