About the role

Unit Care (Aust) P/L is seeking a full-time Landscape maintenance professional to join our team in St Lucia QLD 4067. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a variety of residential and commercial properties, ensuring their landscaping is kept in pristine condition.

What you'll be doing

Mowing, edging and trimming lawns and gardens

Pruning and shaping shrubs and trees

Planting and maintaining flower beds and other landscaping elements

Clearing leaves, debris and other waste from the grounds

Identifying and addressing any pest or disease issues in the landscaping

Providing regular maintenance and minor repairs to landscaping equipment

Adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times

Some cleaning duties eg vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning of Body Corporate areas

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar landscape maintenance role

Strong practical skills and knowledge of horticulture, landscaping and gardening techniques

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks

Valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation

Passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces
