We're currently seeking an Executive Manager to join our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team based in Wagga Wagga, a key location in our regional network. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape strategy, lead a high-performing team, and deepen customer relationships across a thriving regional market.

Your impact

As the Executive Manager, you will lead, coach, and inspire our Agri Banking team comprising high performing Agri Executives and Analysts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will cultivate strong relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and local communities to understand their evolving needs and enjoy collaborating closely with internal partners to deliver holistic banking solutions that support our customers' goals. This role is a senior leadership role focusing on growth in the Riverina region, and reports to the General Manager, Regional and Agribusiness Banking for Southern NSW.

  • Lead and manage our highly engaged Agri Banking team;
  • Utilise your industry expertise to understand and identify opportunities and develop strategies accordingly in an ever-changing banking landscape;
  • Coach and mentor the team, supporting and maintaining a high-performance culture whilst building solid relationships to surprise and delight customers;
  • Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions;
  • Proven record in delivering sustainable results;
  • Have a strong market presence and ability to lead the execution of regional and organisational priorities.
