About the role
As a Speech Pathologist at Bright FACES, you will work with neurodiverse children and their families in a clinical setting that prioritises connection and outcomes. You will have autonomy over your caseload while being supported by a warm and professional administrative team who manage appointment bookings, invoicing and initial enquiries.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering individual therapy and assessments for children with Autism, ADHD and developmental language delays
Providing education to parents and caregivers to support carryover into home and community settings
Facilitating small group programmes, including those focused on social communication and school readiness
Collaborating closely with colleagues across disciplines to deliver integrated care
Participating in team meetings, peer supervision and reflective practice
Optionally supporting or mentoring early career Speech Pathologists, if leadership is of interest
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and families, and who values both independence and teamwork. You might be a good fit if you are:
An early career clinician with a minimum of three years’ experience and a growing area of interest
An experienced clinician seeking flexibility, autonomy and meaningful career satisfaction
A natural mentor or team leader who enjoys supporting others
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (essential)
Experience or a strong interest in working with neurodiverse children
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A current Working With Children Check and full Australian working rights (essential)
