We’re looking for a passionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist ready to take the next step into leadership and mentoring within a supportive, values-driven team.

Health 2 You is a trusted allied health provider offering therapy in homes, schools, childcare centres, and our purpose-built South Morang clinic. We support children and families across Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs through a multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists.

The Opportunity

Role: Lead Paediatric Speech Pathologist

Location: South Morang clinic + community visits

Hours: Full-time or part-time (3–4 day week options)

Salary: $100K – $120K + super + bonuses + laptop (negotiable based on experience)

This role is perfect for someone with 3–5+ years’ experience who’s ready to lead, mentor, and still provide hands-on therapy with autonomy and support

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality paediatric speech therapy (speech, language, AAC, stuttering, social skills, voice)

Work with children in clinic, school, home and community settings

Take the lead on complex cases and family planning

Mentor two early-career Speech Pathologists and supervise students

Contribute to service innovation, training, and clinical quality

Manage your own caseload with flexibility and autonomy

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years' experience as a Speech Pathologist (paediatric preferred)

SPA Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP)

NDIS/disability experience ideal but not essential

Passion for helping others grow – clients and team members

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

VIC Working with Children Check, Police Check, Driver’s Licence and car
