THE ROLE
- Respond to inbound enquiries from clients regarding lubrication equipment and related products
- Process and convert orders for the sales team into the system
- Act as a key link between the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Support mining, automotive and industrial clients with technical product information
- Assist with administrative tasks and help drive a high standard of customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a positive team culture
THE CANDIDATE
- Basic mechanical or technical knowledge (e.g., automotive, industrial, defence, or parts interpreting background)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an industrial or technical environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and liaise with multiple departments
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop within the company
- Candidates with leadership potential may have the opportunity to progress into management
