THE ROLE

  • Respond to inbound enquiries from clients regarding lubrication equipment and related products
  • Process and convert orders for the sales team into the system
  • Act as a key link between the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Support mining, automotive and industrial clients with technical product information
  • Assist with administrative tasks and help drive a high standard of customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a positive team culture

THE CANDIDATE

  • Basic mechanical or technical knowledge (e.g., automotive, industrial, defence, or parts interpreting background)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an industrial or technical environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and liaise with multiple departments
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the company
  • Candidates with leadership potential may have the opportunity to progress into management
