We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. Your role will play a key part in developing, executing, and managing initiatives that drive engagement, visibility, and brand awareness for the brands under H&S Group. In the initial stages, the focus will be on reshaping the marketing function for Kids Early Learning Centres, supporting the company’s scaling efforts and investment in growth.

Over time, the role will evolve into an agency-style setup, working on marketing initiatives across both Bi-Rite Home Appliances and Kids Early Learning Centres, ensuring alignment and helping drive the implementation of the marketing strategies for each brand.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working both independently on projects and collaboratively within a larger marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaigns & Execution: Develop and implement creative multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness, with full ownership from concept to completion, while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and media partners.

Content Creation & Branding: Create compelling content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's direction and visual identity, while maintaining consistency and creating educational content for the audience.

Strategy & Market Analysis: Develop data-driven marketing campaign strategies, conducting market analysis to identify target demographics, competitors, and growth opportunities, and analysing industry trends for brand positioning.

CRM & Lead Nurturing: Support lead capture and segmentation using CRM tools, and develop email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences to align with business goals.

Reporting & Insights: Track and analyse key campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing success, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage relationships across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals through effective stakeholder communication.

Project Management: Manage multiple large-scale projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery, create clear briefs for project teams, and maintain brand integrity throughout the process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Over 5 years of experience in a marketing-related role

A tertiary qualification in marketing (or related field) is desired but not essential, as we value relevant experience and practical skills in addition to formal education.

Proven experience in marketing campaign management, digital marketing, and content creation, with a focus on the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple initiatives.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, CRM systems, and web analytics.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, create clear briefs, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive marketing success.
