Located in Adelaide Hills but just 20 minutes from the CBD, FRED is a casual, contemporary eatery with approachable, flavour driven comfort food. The FRED menu offers all day breakfasts, casual lunches, sweet treats our own house blend coffee and Friday dinners.

FRED Eatery is seeking a hands-on FOH Supervisor / Barista to co-lead the FRED FOH team to deliver a high quality customer experience at all times. The successful candidate, in association with business owners, will maintain a fun, friendly environment for both customers and staff, while ensuring company standards and budgeted costs are achieved.

This is a very hands-on role and front of house hospitality supervisory experience is required. Barista skills are also ideal. Proven skills to multi-task and coordinate/allocate staff tasks will be well regarded.

Hours are predominately daytime, with early starts and weekend availability essential. This is a full-time, 5 day a week salaried position.

You will be supported by the Business Owners and our small management team. There will be scope to contribute to the continual improvement, and to assume more responsibilities as owners scale back from operations.
