Rick’s Garage is a high-volume, fast-paced, full-throttle venue packed with killer vibes, a stacked burger menu, banging cocktails, and live music every weekend. We're searching for two solid Supervisors to join the crew and help us keep the machine running at full speed.

Bar Supervisor – Own the bar. Lead the team. Deliver quality drinks at speed, every time.

FOH Supervisor – Run the floor. Coach the crew. Keep the vibe on point and service smooth.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

As our Bar Supervisor, you’ll:

Lead the bar team, maintain pace, and manage docket flow

Ensure drink quality, stock rotation, and presentation are consistent

Oversee weekday venue operations and support FOH as needed

Train junior bar staff and help build product knowledge

Balance tills, close the venue securely, and submit daily shift notes

As our FOH Supervisor, you’ll:

Manage the floor and café service flow — host, seat, check-in, repeat

Support and coach junior staff, especially during peak service

Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally

Oversee weekday venue operations and jump behind the bar when needed

Complete end-of-night cash handling, venue close, and detailed handovers
