The Role:

Uphold and champion best practice standards across our innovative healthcare services.

Efficiently manage the dispensary operations for both in-clinic and telehealth services, ensuring all prescriptions are handled with care and precision.

Serve as the primary point of contact for complex patient clinical issues, offering proactive solutions and positive outcomes.

Educate and counsel both staff and patients on the effective use of medicinal cannabis, while also participating in health promotion campaigns.

Direct and support pharmacy technicians and assistants, ensuring a seamless workflow within the dispensary.

Oversee inventory management and the processing of pharmaceutical orders.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Pharmacist In Charge, with exceptional leadership and clinical skills.

Strong multitasking abilities, with a talent for creating a harmonious work environment while managing complex dispensary operations.

A robust belief in the benefits of medicinal cannabis and a keen ability to implement effective process improvements.

Previous experience in managing high-volume and complex dispensary operations is essential.

Familiarity with pharmaceutical software ZED is highly desirable.
