Position: Part-Time / Casual Pharmacist
Location: Shared Location between our Wallsend & Valentine Stores
Shifts: Minimum of 3 shifts per week (Full days preferred, but school hours are welcome: 9am-2/2:30pm) – opportunity for growth!

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and dispense medication (400+ scripts per day).

Experience or willingness to work with the MethDA Program (prior experience with Methadone is preferred).

Perform Webster pack checking to ensure accuracy in patient prescriptions (experience with Webstercare and Medspro preferred, or willingness to train)

Provide vaccinations and stay current with required certifications (first aid & CPR up to date).

Manage facility orders for 4 nursing homes and multiple group homes.

Offer expert counselling and advice to customers on their medications and health.

Perform all usual pharmacist duties, ensuring exceptional service and patient care.

What You Bring to the Role:

A current pharmacist registration with AHPRA.

Experience with the MethDA Program (preferred).

Vaccination certification (or willingness to train).

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing individual responsibilities.
