Are you a strategic digital leader with a passion for data, performance, and user experience? CQUniversity is seeking an experienced Manager in Web Strategy and Performance to join our high-performing Digital Experience Team, within the Global Brand and Marketing Directorate.
This critical marketing leadership role is responsible for delivering CQU’s web strategy and optimising performance across key digital platforms. You will lead a multidisciplinary team working across content governance, SEO and SEM, analytics, UX, accessibility, and product design. Collaborating closely with colleagues in various marketing disciplines, IT, and digital content, you will enhance findability, user experience, compliance, and conversion across key journeys, from awareness to enquiry. Your work will be driven by data-driven insights, scalable systems, and a deep understanding of what makes a modern, user-centred website perform.

Position Requirements
Proven experience developing and delivering web strategies that align with organisational goals and meet user needs.
Deep understanding of web governance, accessibility (WCAG 2.2), SEO, SEM, and digital best practices.
Experience applying user-centred product design principles to create engaging, effective digital experiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and manage complex digital initiatives across content, UX, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights to improve digital performance.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to advocate for user needs and influence decision-making.
