Allura Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading Infrastructure business in their search for an FP&A Manager to support with a new acquisition. This role reports directly into the Head of FP&A and will give you exposure to other members of the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust forecasting and monthly reporting models for the acquisition
• Assist in integrating the financial operations into the parent company
• Act as the Finance Subject Matter Expert for the integration, collaborating with the IMO, Finance Team, and the wider business to align with the IMO
• Manage risks and opportunities, assess their impacts, and seek improvements in the FP&A processes to enhance efficiency and deliverables
• Handle budgeting and forecasting tasks, including rolling 12-month forecasts and formal forecasts
• Assist in developing 5-year strategic plans
• Serve as a business partner to General Managers within the business, providing financial insights and support

Experience Required:

• Chartered Accountant - Either Big 4 or Top 10 firm
• Experience communicating with and presenting to a range of diverse stakeholders
• Strong business partnering skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to leverage technology to improve robustness of financial models and improve user experience
• Strong accounting and commercial business skills with a thorough understanding of the annual planning and quarterly re-forecasting cycle
• Advanced with MS skills, specifically Excel/PowerPoint
• Experience with Adaptive Insights is advantageous
