An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small, privately owned provider with Head Office in Sydney and a network of six centres across multiple states.

Known for their commitment to quality, this values-led group is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to support growth, lead high-performing teams, and ensure excellence in service delivery.

About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the daily and strategic operations of multiple services, working closely with Centre Directors and executive leadership. This is a key leadership role requiring interstate travel, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of compliance and pedagogy in the ECEC sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Centre Directors to deliver high standards of care and education
• Oversee operational and financial performance across services
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, compliance, and staff engagement
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support workforce planning, enrolment growth, and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• 5+ years’ experience in a senior/multi-site leadership role within ECEC
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Commercially savvy, systems-oriented, and highly organised
• Passionate about delivering excellence in early education
