A rare opportunity has become available for a talented Senior HR Manager to join and lead a small HR team in a growing company based in new offices in Liverpool.

About the Role:

Autonomous role

Located in Liverpool CBD (with on-site secure parking)

Responsibilities:

Create and update HR policies, ensure they comply with laws, and inform employees about them

Set KPIs, write job descriptions, and help with company restructuring

Guide managers on employee performance and development

Review and update employee induction process

Oversee all hiring activities with the recruitment coordinators

Support the company with employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and rewards

Create HR reports for the executive team as required

Advise on legislative changes, workforce planning, and skills development

Manage Fair Work related matters and general IR and ER issues

Requirements:

7+ years in HR management with relevant tertiary qualifications

Ability to travel between sites as required (not regular)

Strong IR and ER knowledge including Award interpretation and Enterprise Agreements

FMCG/blue-collar industry experience highly regarded

Strong communication skills

Excellent leadership skills
