Experienced Strata Manager – Double Bay Area - Sydney

Due to growth and new properties onboarding, the opportunity now exists to join this high end boutique Strata firm with a portfolio of 20 Buildings/Properties ~1900 lots in inner suburbs Sydney / CBD.

Working in a high end boutique firm of 10+ staff, based in the Double Bay area of Sydney, you will be working within a highly professional and knowledgeable team with a low staff staff turnover!

You will have a support and opportunities of knowledge sharing from colleagues, and upon joining be provided a detailed handover.

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, with time in lieu for after hours meetings. This role comes complete with flexible working arrangements including Work from Home that can be negotiated.

Salary: Up to $150K + Super (depending on experience) + Bonuses

Duties

• Manage a portfolio of 20 Buildings/Properties / ~1900 lots
• Oversee maintenance and improvement works on portfolio
• Build and nurture relationships with building managers and committees
• Typical strata manager duties: correspondence, meetings, assisting accounts, etc.
• Attend networking and educational events

The Ideal Candidate has:

• Minimum 2 Years prior strata management experience on similar portfolio (high density)
• Solid understanding of the strata industry and regulations
• Willing to work and grow in a strong team
• Excellent communication skills, written and speech
