Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Quarry Production Supervisor for our quarry.

The successful applicants must be willing to work in a team environment and possess skills to operate and manage a variety of mobile plant & Equipment.

Key responsibilities

Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records

Conduct daily pre-starts and engage team members

Oversee routine servicing of heavy machinery as required

Operate heavy machinery in a crushing environment

Support the Quarry Manager in maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across site

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience as a quarry/crushing supervisor

Strong experience with mobile crushing equipment and machinery operation

Relevant machinery and crushing tickets

Current and unrestricted NT Driver’s Licence

General Safety Induction (White Card)

Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

Positive attitude with a focus on safety and efficiency
