Il Vento is seeking a talented and passionate pizza chef to join our kitchen team. We pride ourselves on serving authentic Italian cuisine, with traditional hand - stretched pizzas cooked to perfection in our wood-fired, Valoriani oven.

What we're looking for:

Experience hand-stretching pizza dough with precision and care

confident working with a wood-fired oven

able to maintain high quality and consistency during busy services

reliable, professional and a team player

passionate about authentic Italian food and hospitality

What you'll be doing:

preparing and cooking traditional pizzas to order (high volume)

managing oven temperature and timing with a confidence

maintaining a clean and efficient pizza section

preparing a different types of pizza dough from the scratch

supporting the kitchen team with prep and service as needed
