What You’ll Do

Lead your section with precision and pride, ensuring every dish is plated to perfection.

Work alongside the Head and Chef to evolve our dynamic menu.

Maintain consistency and quality in every service.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster a positive kitchen culture.

Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and prep schedules.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Commis in a fast-paced, high-quality venue.

A deep knowledge of modern European cuisine and seasonal produce.

Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills.

Calm, focused energy under pressure and a sharp eye for detail.

Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are highly regarded.
