About the role:

• Full time position Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM in the office.
• Office location could not be better for public transport – located right about the bustling Fortitude Valley Train Station. Please note this position is full time in office with no work from home.
• You will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable function.
• Prepare supplier reconciliations & maintain accurate vendor records.
• Process invoices, payments and resolve accounts enquiries effectively.
• Ensure up-to-date systems and processes, playing an instrumental part in operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Assist the Office Manager on an ad-hoc basis.

About you:

• You have at least 2 years’ experience within Accounts Payable/or Receivables.
• You have strong systems knowledge; confident use of Microsoft Excel is an absolute must!
• Communicating effectively with all levels within an organisation comes naturally to you – you are a clear and confident in your interpersonal skillset.
• You have a proven track record of being able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Your positive and motivated attitude gives you confidence in your decision-making abilities.
• You are a true team player, proactive, and genuinely enjoy thinking outside the box!
