Éramai is a destination for luxury skincare and advanced beauty treatments located in the heart of Crown Melbourne. We pride ourselves on delivering premium customer service, expert consultations, and LED treatments within a sophisticated and elegant setting.

We are currently seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused Retail Assistant with a passion for skincare and a strong work ethic. This is a casual position, but requires full-time availability across 5 days, including weekends. Ideal for someone ready to fully commit and grow with us long-term.

Please Note: This role is not suited to students or those seeking part-time or temporary work. Flexible, full-time availability is essential.

About the Role:

This position blends premium sales, customer service, and hands-on skincare treatments. You’ll help clients find the perfect skincare solutions while also performing LED facial treatments (no prior experience needed – full training is provided).

Key Responsibilities:

Drive retail sales through personalised customer engagement

Deliver expert-level product consultations and tailored skincare recommendations

Perform LED facial treatments with confidence and care (training provided)

Maintain impeccable store presentation and cleanliness

Assist with opening/closing duties, stock management, and daily operations

Represent the Éramai brand with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For:

A polished and driven retail professional who loves selling and skincare

Strong communication skills and natural confidence engaging with customers

Previous sales or retail experience will be highly regarded

A strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and reliability

Availability for 5 shifts per week (8–10 hours per shift), including weekends

A genuine interest in beauty and career growth – not just a job for now

What You’ll Receive:

$30–$35 per hour (casual employment)
