About the Role

As our Head Chef, you'll lead all aspects of kitchen operations—from menu creation to team leadership—ensuring top-tier quality, consistency, and innovation. This is a rare opportunity to build something special with a collaborative and visionary hospitality group.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food prep, service, and staff coordination.

Design and implement creative, seasonal menus that reflect your culinary style

Lead, train, and mentor a skilled team of chefs and kitchen staff

Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

Collaborate closely with the management team to align the kitchen with business goals

Monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain financial efficiency

Ensure compliance with food safety and WHS regulations

Be hands-on in the kitchen—leading by example and inspiring excellence

What We’re Looking For

8+ years’ experience in a senior culinary role, including significant time as Head Chef

A creative and passionate approach to food with a strong understanding of diverse cuisines and techniques

Proven leadership and team development skills

Strong organisational abilities and an eye for detail

Expertise in food safety, hygiene, and WHS compliance

A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

A genuine love for hospitality and a drive to delight guests
