We're on the lookout for a motivated and proactive Receptionist who's ready to be a key part of our vibrant and supportive team. This role offers more than the standard front desk responsibilities - you'll be the go-to person that keeps the wheels turning across multiple parts of the business.

What your day might look like:

Welcoming new team members and supporting smooth onboardings

Helping farewell staff with professionalism and care

Playing a central role in supporting our property management and sales teams

Organising key coding, landlord bulling, and marketing charges with accuracy

Preparing meaningful touches like anniversary letters and settlement gifts

Supporting our environmental initiatives & office-wide projects

Coordinating business supplies, managing contracts, and helping assisting with auction prep

Ensuring the office is stocked, smooth-running and ready for success
