This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, loves logistics, and is passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences from behind the scenes.

🔑 Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of Tour Coordinators
• Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of high-quality group itineraries
• Building strong relationships with local suppliers and negotiating contracts
• Acting as the key contact for international clients, ensuring seamless communication
• Troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues during tours
• Managing budgets, identifying efficiencies, and driving profitability
• Working closely with the Managing Director to hit strategic and financial targets

👀 What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in inbound tour operations or travel management
• Strong knowledge of the Australian inbound travel market
• Confident team leader with clear communication and people management skills
• Highly organised, solution-focused, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Tourplan NX and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly
• German language skills are a plus, but not essential
• A proactive mindset and a passion for the travel industry
