Simran Air Travels is seeking an experienced and driven Travel Agency Manager to oversee the operations of our busy agency in Canning Vale, Western Australia. About the Role

As the Travel Agency Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a small team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the reputation of Simran Air Travels as a trusted name in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the travel agency to ensure efficiency and service excellence

Lead, train, and support a team of travel consultants

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners

Ensure compliance with relevant travel regulations, policies, and industry standards

Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any service issues in a timely manner

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· 2–3 years of experience in a travel agency management or team leadership role

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a team

· Solid knowledge of travel booking systems and industry practices

· A qualification in Travel or Tourism is preferred but not essential

· Strong understanding of GDS (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) and booking systems

· Familiarity with online booking tools, CRM platforms, and accounting software used in the travel industry

· A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to multitask and problem-solve
