About the Role

Caffi Logistics is looking for a motivated and meticulous Accountant to support both financial operations and warehouse coordination. This position requires a keen understanding of accounting practices, cost control, and internal systems, offering the opportunity to contribute to strategic financial planning and day-to-day management. Candidates with experience in logistics or supply chain environments will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

· Contribute to the development and refinement of accounting and budgeting procedures, supporting financial planning and control.

· Prepare comprehensive financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries for senior management and compliance bodies.

· Carry out internal financial reviews and analysis, identifying irregularities, evaluating business activities, and offering informed recommendations.

· Perform cost tracking and analysis, monitor spending patterns, and evaluate income streams to enhance financial efficiency.

· Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial documentation, confirming adherence to relevant legal and reporting standards.

· Provide insightful financial and tax-related guidance on corporate structuring, budgeting, and operational strategies.

· Assist in the preparation and submission of business taxation reports and support statutory compliance.

· Communicate with financial service providers and institutions to help manage business funding and investment strategies.

· Implement and manage accounting systems, advising on the best tools and practices for operational needs.

· Monitor and uphold internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and maintain process integrity.

· Evaluate cash flow trends and assess financial implications of capital investment or infrastructure expansion plans.

· Oversee inventory valuation, audit procedures, and ensure accurate stock records in collaboration with warehouse operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting or a related finance role.

· Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP, along with strong Excel capabilities.

· A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications are highly regarded.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.

· Knowledge of Dzongkha (Bhutanese) is a bonus, particularly for liaison with vendors or multicultural teams.
