We are seeking an experienced and passionate gardener. We're looking for someone who is reliable, mature, and hands-on for the role as a Leading Hand Maintenance Gardener to join our professional and friendly team. The Role:

You will be responsible in being the lead-hand maintaining high-end residential and commercial gardens to the highest standards. Your day-to-day will include:

Garden maintenance (mowing, hedging, pruning, weeding, etc.) solely in the Noosa area

Leading and mentoring team members

Occassional client communication

Ensuring safe and efficient work practices

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in garden maintenance (minimum 3 years)

Strong leadership and communication skills

High level of reliability and maturity

Manual driver’s licence (essential)

Great attitude and pride in your work

Certificates in Horticulture are highly regarded
