The Role
A newly created role to support the MD and senior leadership team with key initiatives to enhance people performance, business process and a solid HR framework to support their employee lifecycle.
These initiatives will include transformational change that will be lead by an experienced HR Practitioner who can influence and lead projects to ensure best practice.
Projects will include workforce capability, planning and talent succession, performance management and remuneration review, reward and recognition, employee experience and culture. A key part of this role is to ensure leadership development and coaching is provided to Partners as you develop your own team. You will also be supported by other senior HR Practitioners as you review current state and embed change. Remuneration circa $200k.
The Fit
You are a qualified in HR and ideally legal and a highly experienced HR Generalist and leader who is seeking their next step or a similar role. You bring relevant experience within a professional services organisation, you possess working knowledge of contemporary HR practices and have facilitated change in previous roles.
With a solid understanding of employee relations, policy and remuneration, you bring a high level of self-motivation and influence that will ensure success for the broader team.
