The Role:
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine love for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team

Maintain premium service standards in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate with the Head Chef and back-of-house to ensure seamless operations

Manage rostering, training, and staff development

Monitor financials including budgets, cost control, and KPIs

Uphold compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations

Build guest loyalty through personalised, memorable service

About You:

3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in upscale or premium dining

Strong understanding of food, wine, and beverage service

Excellent communication and people management skills

Proven ability to lead by example and motivate a team

Professional, hands-on, and solutions-focused
