Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and extension programs to support the sustainable development of the Northern Territory aquaculture industry.
Deliver high-quality research outcomes that facilitate aquaculture enterprises in partnership with remote communities.
Promote your research through publications and reporting of quality outcomes.
Engage with a wide range of collaborators across industry, government, community, and research sectors.
Location and Travel:
Based at the Darwin Aquaculture Centre (DAC) on Channel Island, NT, just 35kms from Darwin and 25kms from Palmerston.
Enjoy opportunities for travel to remote NT locations for fieldwork, experiencing the unique landscapes and communities of the Northern Territory.
