We are looking for an L&D Specialist to come in on a 6-month basis for a high-profile project that has a strong investment from senior executives and the board.

The Role

• Develop a comprehensive customer service onboarding program for new starters, incorporating e-learning modules, virtual training, and face-to-face sessions;
• Observe frontline customer coordinators in branch environments to understand daily tasks (e.g., answering calls, handling enquiries, managing systems and transport) and use this insight to shape relevant training content;
• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders—from frontline staff to executives—to ensure training meets business and operational needs;
• Focus solely on content creation; training delivery will be handled by a separate facilitator; and
• Review current learning materials and identify any gap.

To Be Successful

• Previous experience designing and developing customer service programs is essential;
• Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from frontline employees to senior execs, ensuring training aligns with business operations;
• Demonstrable ability on delivering L&D material in short periods of time; and
• Takes initiative and drives work through to completion with minimal oversight.
