Experience is a similar role, involving reception/ administration duties include;
Good people skills as you will be greeting and booking in clients.
Professional presentation as you will be the first impression for our health clinic.
Good phone manneras you will be helping to manage bookings and answer queries.
High ability to prioritise and stay focused as there will be times you will work unsupervised.
Confidence with computer use, such as word, excel, and navigating different software.
The ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and an ability to learn and follow processes.
A dedicated work ethic and passion to be part of a positive and successful team .
Key responsibilities
The front desk administrative role is an imperative part of the client experience, ability of our health practitioners to practice professionally, and the efficiency of the clinic. Within this role the following duties are performed;
Day to day office duties including copying/ scanning, data entry, money handling, monitoring attendance, and calender operations,
Professional and friendly client greetings in person, via phone, email and social media
Managing calender bookings including attendance, new bookings, reminders for Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists
Client billing through Online Medicare, NDIS and Workcover portals, Eftpos, and invoicing.
Strong communication skills necessary to liaise with stakeholders, health professionals, and other team members.
Office and practice hygiene maintenance and cleaning,
Monitoring and updating spreadsheets.
Specific training and ongoing support is provided for the right dedicated, reliable, and highly motivated person. You will work closely within a passionate and dedicated Administration team.
The role requires work Monday to Friday (38hours) with a flexible roster between the hours 8:00 – 5:30 under the health professionals and support services award. Work in the Yeppoon practice may be required for cover of sick or annual leave from time to time.
