About the role
We are currently seeking a junior receptionist / office administrator for a full-time role in a family-owned business based in O’Connor.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to
· Managing front desk reception, greeting clients, answering and directing calls as required
· Assisting with accounts, including the preparation of invoices and processing of payments
· Taking credit card payments
· Filing and record management
· Ordering office supplies
· Management of emails
· Assisting our service and operations teams with administration requirements
· General office duties

Skills Required:
Certificate III in Business, Administration or similar
Knowledge of MYOB highly regarded
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Attention to details with good communication skills
Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
This is an entry level position - on the job training will be provided
