About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at HTE Law Group as an Immigration Lawyer / Registered Migration Agent. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to clients seeking assistance with immigration matters. Based in our Cabramatta, NSW office, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families through the complexities of the Australian immigration system.

What you'll be doing

Advising clients on visa options and eligibility requirements

Preparing and lodging various type of visa applications, including family visas, working visas, Administrative Review Tribunal and Federal Court appeals

Representing clients in visa-related interviews and appeals

Staying up-to-date with changes in immigration legislation and regulations

Providing guidance on the complex and ever-evolving immigration landscape

Maintaining detailed client records and case files

Collaborating with the wider legal team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Participate in the firm's marketing activities

What we're looking for

Registered migration agent currently registered with OMARA

Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent legal qualification

Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration law practice

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Demonstrated commitment to client service and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
