Migration Assistant

Qualifications For Registered Migration Agent:

Have at least 1-3 years experience in related field

Must be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA)

Must have experience in 407, 482, 494, 186 visa subclass

Have done different types of visa such as as skilled migration, employer sponsor, family visa, training visa, etc

Advise clients on their visa options and eligibility

Prepare and submit visa applications on behalf of clients

Communicate with the Department of Home Affairs on clients' behalf

Assist with visa appeals or reviews if an application is refused

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications For Migration Assistant:

Have at least 1-3 years experience in related field

Assist Migration Agents in collecting documents, drafting application for skill assessment and visa applications

Have knowledge in doing all different types of Skill Assessments requirements and documentation

Have done different types of visa such as as skilled migration, employer sponsor, family visa, training visa, etc

Follow-up with client enquiries, phone, and emails in timely manner

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

We expect you to work predominantly from our Melbourne CBD office where clients often visit.

Ability to commute/relocate : Melbourne, Vic 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Authorisation : Australian PR/ Citizen (preferred)
