About the role

HTE Law Group is seeking a driven and experienced / newly Registered Migration Agent to join our dynamic team in Cabramatta, NSW. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality migration services to our diverse clientele. Your expertise in Australian immigration law will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the complex visa application process and achieving successful outcomes.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive migration advice and assistance to individuals, families, and businesses

Preparing and lodging visa applications, including family visa, working visas and Administrative Review Tribunal

Representing clients in immigration-related matters before the Department of Home Affairs

Staying up-to-date with changes in Australian immigration legislation and policies

Conducting detailed research and analysis to identify the most suitable visa options for clients

Collaborating with other members of the legal team to deliver seamless client service

Maintaining meticulous client records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Participate in the firm’s marketing activities

What we're looking for

Registered Migration Agent currently registered with the OMARA

Thorough understanding of Australian immigration law and visa requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients from diverse backgrounds

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex immigration issues

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines

Proficient in using immigration-related software and case management systems

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and achieving positive outcomes for clients
