What You’ll Be Doing:

As the first Business Analyst in Sydney, you’ll be the go-to person for turning ideas into real, working solutions.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role with major scope for growth.

• Work closely with the sales leader to host post-sale scope meetings to delve into the customers needs and take detailed briefings.
• Translate customer visions into practical builds using the no-code platform – no experience is required for this; the platform is incredibly user friendly and full training will be provided!
• Collaborate closely with the global delivery team, internal engineers and sales team – delegating tasks, chasing updates, and keeping projects on track.
• Present drafts to customers, gather and act on feedback, refine, test and complete

Who You Are:

• 1–2 years’ experience in Business Analyst or Project Delivery roles (ideally in IT or software)
• OR
• Recent grad in Data Science, Process Engineering, Software Engineering, or related with some customer facing experience.
• Personable and confident, you must be comfortable leading client meetings and building rapport
• Organised and detail-oriented, you love turning problems into structured solutions and are very comfortable managing several projects simultaneously
• Excited to grow with a scaling team and take ownership of your projects
