Working with our client, based in beautiful Bondi Junction, you will be part of a small, close-knit, but high performing team of professionals offering more than the standard service. Our client specialises in property wealth management with high-net-worth individuals. There is significant amount of repeat business that comes back to the company.

The role of the Credit Analyst is responsible for overseeing the credit assessment process and ensuring that all loans are approved in accordance with the company's lending policies and procedures.

About the role:

• Analyse and evaluate the financial statements and credit history of both existing and potential clients
• Lots of autonomy over your day
• Liaise with Lenders & BDM’s regarding credit policies and deal scenarios
• Review credit applications and perform credit checks
• Structure deals and perform risk assessments
• Consult clients about financial transactions, payment terms, and credit limits, and negotiate with them
• Financial forecasting and practice due diligence

About you:

• Proven track record (3+ years) working in a Brokerage
• Experience with client interface maintenance and generating new business
• Understanding of business, economic, and industry risk
• Analytical and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects and submit applications on time
