About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dedicated team at Procure Physio and Health Services' as a full-time Private Practice Physiotherapist in our Toongabbie, NSW clinic. As an integral member of our allied health services, you will work closely with our patients to provide specialised physiotherapy treatments and rehabilitation programs tailored to their individual needs.

What you'll be doing

Assess patients to identify their physical impairments, limitations, and goals

Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to help patients recover, improve, or maintain their physical function and mobility

Provide balanced therapy including manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to patient care

Maintain detailed clinical notes and records in accordance with professional standards

Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our physiotherapy services

What we're looking for

Full registration as a physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working as a physiotherapist in a private practice or outpatient MSK clinic

Excellent clinical assessment and treatment skills, with a strong understanding of evidence-based physiotherapy practices

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team

Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to continued professional development and maintaining up-to-date knowledge in the field of physiotherapy

If you are trained in Clinical Pilates is bonus or inhouse training will be provided

Keen to run group sessions

Can supervise a Junior or New Graduate Physiotherapist if required

Creative and Proactive to share ideas for content creation for building our social media presence

Flexible Shifts: option to choose between 2 early start or late finish shifts each week

Option to have a weekday off of your choice (after your 1st anniversary with us)

Saturday shift for 6 hours for 1st year, then once a fortnight

Paid day off on your Birthday (once you a year old with us😊)

1 hour paid weekly or fortnightly mentoring (depending upon your needs and experience)

1 hour paid admin time per week

CPD allowance $1000/year along with access to online resources
